Stephen Otieno Adera, musically known as Stivo Simple Boy, is a Kenyan rapper, songwriter, and musician. He became famous after appearing in a show on Ebru TV in 2019. The rapper was born on 23rd January 1990 in Homabay County. Stivo Simple Boy started his music career in 2015 and has produced hit songs like Ndoa, Mihadarati, Ufisadi, Ukimwi, Mapenzi ya Pesa, Inauma, and his biggest hit Freshi Barida.

Stivo Simple Boy was dumped by her girlfriend Pritty Vishy. On January 29th, 2022, Pritty Vishy said she was tired of the rapper not defending her against his family members and the management that handles him.
This break-up brought into light the many issues that were in the relationship. They had been in the relationship for the past three years. Stivo Simple Boy met her in 2017 but started officially dating in 2019.
After the break-up, they traded accusations against each other. On Instagram, Pritty Vishy posted a video saying that the rapper cheated on her with Adasah who they had collaborated on a song. She was emotional as she alleged her ex-boyfriend had cheated on her.
Later Stivo Simple Boy, in an interview with Mpasho, said that Pritty Vishy was the cause of the break-up and refuted the claims that he cheated on her. The rapper said that Pritty was just clout chasing.
The songwriter also said that Pritty cheated on him several times, but he chose to stay and retaliated that she was not her ideal woman and that the break-up was imminent.
In another interview, the musician claimed that Pritty was always pestering him to get intimate, which was not what they had agreed when they started dating. The musician believed in sex after marriage, which brought conflicts in their relationship since Pritty never agreed with those beliefs.

False Accusations
This year the musician narrated how he was once arrested and locked up because of false accusations by a female friend. The female friend had reported to the police that Stivo had impregnated her.
